Built to engineer the machine, not decorate a mesh.

RoboForger is being built so a sentence can become parts, a physics check, and files a shop can use.

Simulation

0.61Nm

Required 0.82 Nm

The drivetrain will fail.

What it does

  • Language to parts

The brief is the start of the machine. RoboForger is being built to turn words into a structured design - not a disconnected mesh.

  • Physics

If torque, mass, or runtime will not hold, the design is rejected.

  • Redesign

A loop, not a picture. Assembly, a fail, a drivetrain change, a pass.

  • STEP, STL, URDF, BOM

Being built to hand you files a printer or a mill can use. Those files come at launch.

  • Hypothesis

A valid CAD file can still fall over. The model is a hypothesis - not the answer.

Pretty model vs machine

Most tools stop at a hollow model.
RoboForger is being built to engineer it.

Generating geometry is only one small part of making a real machine. A valid CAD file can still fall over, overheat, or refuse to assemble. RoboForger is being built to treat the model as a hypothesis - requirements, structure, constraints, and repairs around the geometry - not a finished answer.

Pretty 3D model

Hollow geometry

  1. Generate geometry
  2. Produce a pretty 3D model
  3. Check whether the CAD is valid
  4. Export a mesh
  5. Leave with a render

A machine you can make

STEP / STL / URDF / BOM + physics

  1. Understand the engineering intent
  2. Turn the idea into requirements
  3. Create a structured machine design
  4. Validate torque, mass, and runtime
  5. Redesign what would fail
  6. Export STEP, STL, URDF, and a BOM

Give the system a bad decision.

The user is explicit. That decision stays. If the machine becomes unstable, RoboForger is being built to search other permissible changes - not quietly undo what you asked for.

  2. HEAD+400 mm

  6. PERMISSIBLE REPAIRSFind other design changes
  7. EVALUATE · VALIDATERepair, or explain why it cannot

A valid CAD model isn't necessarily a valid machine.

The model isn't the answer.
It's a hypothesis.

How it works

From a sentence
to a machine.

Not a render of a robot. A path from language to parts you can actually make - even if you have never opened the tools. The forge on this page is a demonstration of the path, not a finished CAD product.

Step 01 of 08

Idea

Describe the robot in plain words. The brief is the start of the machine.

Optimization

Change it with words.

The machine should move when the requirement moves. This is the product, not a screenshot of CAD.

What should change?

Choose one of these. Typing your own comes at launch.

Why this exists

Four or five of us.
Tired of the old way.

We still design robots like it is 2012. Open CAD. Learn assemblies. Then robotics. Then simulation. Then a shop drawing. Every machine, every time - even when the idea was already clear.

We got frustrated doing that ourselves. If you do not already live in those tools, you never get to the robot. Why can't someone who doesn't know the stack still make a real machine - with a click?

Not a pretty 3D model.
A thing you can build.

Parts. Physics. Files. STEP, STL, URDF, a bill of materials. Describe it, watch it fail, change it, take it to a printer or a mill.

90% off the later price, also at launch. Same product. You are just not in the first fifty.

03

What you actually get

A brief that becomes a design, a physics check, and files - STEP, STL, URDF, a bill of materials.
