These terms apply to this website and to RoboForger early access. They are not a license to the product, CAD files, or manufacturing services. Nothing on this page is billed.

The product

RoboForger is software for turning a brief into a robot you can build — design, assembly, physics, and files. Early access is open now. You get into the product when we launch, which is soon. Scenes on this site show the forge with a sample rover so you can see the loop. Your machine will follow your brief; previews are not a spec, a performance promise, or a ship date.

Early access

Submitting your email reserves a place for launch. It does not create an account or open the product today. We may invite people in stages, or change what early access includes. Email from us is not an offer unless it says so clearly.

Your project note

Anything you type in “What do you want to build?” should be yours to share. Do not send other people’s confidential work, export-controlled designs, or personal data about anyone but yourself. You keep the rights you already have in your idea. We use the note to understand demand and to reply to you.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the form, attempt to break the site, or submit content that is illegal, hateful, or meant to harm people. We may ignore or remove entries that look like spam.

Intellectual property

The RoboForger name, this site, and the work shown on it belong to RoboForger. You may not copy the site as your own product. Looking at the forge and talking about your own robot is fine.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, and a preview is not a manufacturing drawing. Do not cut metal from the marketing forge alone.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, RoboForger is not liable for indirect loss or lost opportunity from this website. You have not paid us here, so if a court finds we owe you anything for this page, it is limited to zero.

Law

Disputes from this website are handled under the laws of India, without affecting rights you have as a consumer where you live.
